 + 1 moreIt did not go well because they never followed up with a call after we agreed on a timeframe for a followup call.
Description of Work: I contacted EFT in August of 2012. It typically took a couple days to get back to me which was okay. However, when I finally had a long conversation with EFT, the way we left it was: they were busy and could not look at out home foundation issue until perhaps end of September or early October. I was told they would call me at that time. They never called me after our conversation of 8/14/2013. I think they should have at least followed through with a call even if they were not interested in the work. Thank you Brian

Engineered Foundation Technologies, LLC offers the following services: EFT provides specialty geotechnical construction to the New England region. We diagnose and repair settling foundations for homeowners. EFT also provides homeowners with concrete leveling through the slabjacking process. Slabjacking is a method of lifting a settled concrete slab. EFT can raise sunken concrete floors, pool patios, garage slabs, even concrete walkways.
EFT does not pour concrete or perform excavation for the residential community. EFT does not install new concrete slabs.
