Dean showed up on time, was very focused and performed all the previously agreed upon work very efficiently. Dean is very reliable, a true professional, and I can fully recommend him.

Hardy is the best for Quality and Price in the Nashua/Derry Area. I used him for a small job years ago and he is the same quality with good prices in comparison to others that over charge. The only thing is you need to be a touch patient as he is a one to two man operation so don't expect miracles. If you need someone yesterday then call hertiage they will come to your house that day and charge you $3,000-$4,500 to do a gas 41 gallon tank. Hardy was in the $2,000 $2,500 range and will do allot more personal touches. A friend of mine who is a master HVAC agrees as well. Hardy does solid work and is a good price. Our situation was the water Tank started leaking, which we did not know at first. So we called the office early AM left a message received a call back around 12noon. He came inspected the issue and diagnosed the problem that afternoon. Other companies wanted diagnostic fee or did not return call until later in day or no return call at all. I wanted to get estimates to make sure I was getting a fair price so I called around a bit. Hardy was extremely reasonably priced and was the only plumber who came out to the house the day. it was a tough diagnostic at first as water was all over cabinets and the floor. He figured out that the tank had burst open and squirted/steamed allot of water. The thing with Hardy is it's a professional mom and pop operation with all the benefits. He takes the time to dot the i's and cross the t's while not over charging you. For example, The tank was put in a bad location from the previous home owners plumber(who is no longer in business) and Hardy took the time to re route all the piping so that in the future people could get at the unit without having to kill themselves to turn a wrench so to speak. He also made sure to write the serial number on the unit that was not visible. It's the little details. He laid down card board where he was walking in and out of the house to keep things clean. When he left out side of everything being fixed it was like he was not there. No clean up. He ran into issues and made things work as well, such as the fact that the old tank had no drain hooked up. He dealt with all of this stayed late to get it done and even finished a small valve job we really hoped he would do but did not demand. No one is perfect, but if you need a quality job, from a person that cares and will give you a very reasonable price Dean Hardy plumbing is worth it.

I've been with him for so many years, I know him from day one, he has always been very fair with his pricing. I will absolutely use him again. To be honest, he's punctual and he comes in and does what needs to be done. He's in and out, almost like he's not there, so I think he's very clean, very neat when he's in your home. He's very professional, and he's knowledgeable, I called him on many occasions to get advice about plumbing, I would say this much, he always calls you back within the day, so very prompt in returning his phone calls. Nothing bad at all to say about Mr. Hardy.

I have an excellent plumber who I love, I've been using since 1999, it's Dean Hardy Plumbing & Heating. He's just awesome, I wish I could give him above A's. He came highly recommended, I can't even remember who referred me to him, but he has just been a tried and true, I just want to give him A+ across the board. If anyone needed a plumber, I would recommend him. He's very fair with pricing. He had worked with me for so many times. He works with you. I would absolutely use him again, he's like in my back pocket. I say that just because I was very fortunate as a homeowner to have his services, I don't have a bad thing to say about him.

I called for service in the morning and received a callback in a couple of hours. Dean came that afternoon to do the install. The work was done to my complete satisfaction. The new faucet looks great and the price was very reasonable.

It took a few days but my job was a lower priority and the fact that he stayed in touch with me to let me know what was happening with him made it more acceptable.

We had tried to repair our upstairs toilet after it clogged and leaked badly through the floor and the ceiling to the floor below. We cleared the clog, but a critical piece of the mechanism that controls what level the bowl fills to had also broken. Since the toilet was quite old and we'd had problems with it in the recent past, we opted to replace it with a new American Standard Champion 4 Max.
Meanwhile, we'd also had a long-standing problem with our downstairs toilet where anytime it was flushed, the water and debris usually went down fine but the incoming water fed through the wrong piping, causing the tank to fill extremely slowly and the toilet overall to run for several minutes. Anytime multiple flushes were needed to get the gravity pull going, the second or third flush had virtually no water to carry down whatever was left in the bowl.
Given these two problems and a recommendation from Angie's List and a family member, we phoned Mr. Hardy and left a message with his wife, who sometimes books his schedule. When Mr. Hardy called us back, we agreed to take whatever time he could give on a specific day and that one of us would get home to meet him.
He arrived within the window we'd settled on, and almost immediately diagnosed and fixed the downstairs toilet problems. Upon examining the leak remnants upstairs, he agreed with our decision to replace the toilet because of some rotted and rusted away parts we didn't know about that would eventually have caused recurring problems even if he had made repairs and small part replacements.
Mr. Hardy expertly installed the toilet, explained how the structure of the plumbing and the house in general might mean that we'd face more problems in 7-10 years (not worth fixing now), cleaned up and cleared away the old toilet and remnants for the garbage.
We felt the price he charged was extremely reasonable for the time he was at our home and the efforts involved in fixing the two toilets. We're very confident in the quality of his work, and we'd be delighted to have him work at our home again in the future on any kind of plumbing job. My wife and I truly appreciate Mr. Hardy's professionalism, assistance and good guidance. Felt like we learned some useful things about toilets and our almost 40-year old home.

Dean Hardy is a first rate plumber. He is professional, experienced, and hard-working. He fixed everything I asked him to in a timely fashion. The price is right too. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a really good plumber, and I will definitely be hiring him again when I need a plumber.
