when we first walked in they were nice and a consultant came over.she showed us a catalog and said to pick out some styles and write down the numbers. we showed her some styles we had on out phone but she really didn't seem too interested. she brought a couple of dresses and then disappeared. did not help putting them on or anything. after a while we had to ask another person where the consultant went! The second person brought over a couple more dresses and said I think these are for you. We then had to ask about seeing a dresses for the maid of honor. When this second person was going to try and find our consultant again we left. We called and talked to the manager from the car. They were not very apologetic, did offer to get us another consultant, but we said we would not go back. Looking for bridal gowns should be a fun and wonderful experience, THIS WAS NOT. I would never go there again.

They were extremely helpful. They were very good at alterations to ensure the dresses would fit perfectly.
