Dana showed up on time and completed the work very promptly. He was very pleasant to deal with. We only had to pay $75 out of pocket, to recaulk around our chimney flashing (which leaked intermittently before the repair and has not leaked since). It turned out that our soffit vents were not blocked, but he did not charge us anything to inspect them and make this determination.
