 + -1 moreDana showed up on time and completed the work very promptly. He was very pleasant to deal with. We only had to pay $75 out of pocket, to recaulk around our chimney flashing (which leaked intermittently before the repair and has not leaked since). It turned out that our soffit vents were not blocked, but he did not charge us anything to inspect them and make this determination.
Description of Work: Dana Webber installed a ridge vent at a home we had just purchased (our seller had put money in escrow to have this work done as part of efforts to remediate mold in the attic). While he was here installing the ridge vent, we had him conduct minor repairs on our chimney flashing that had caused minor leaking, scraping off old interior-grade silicone caulking and recaulking with an exterior-grade product. We also asked him to check our soffit vents and remove any insulation that may have been blocking the vents, which could also be contributing to a mold/poor ventilation issue in the attic.
