When I received the items back from the company they were in worse condition than they were before. They had shrunk many items which I can no longer wear and ruined other garments as well. I have been in contact with them, but since the insurance company has already paid them, they have not been cooperative in compensating me for the items that have been damaged. They have sent out adjusters but so far I have not seen them take responsibility.
