I own houses that I rent and when I need repairs or any work done I call these guys. They have been working on my rental properties for several years and they have always done a great job, they treat the tenants respectfully and they are courteous and they repair what needs to be fixed on time and within the price they quote me.

I hired this company for my porch repair They started 4/23. They said it took 5 -7 days for finishing job. But they finished job on 5/16. It took 19 business days. If you want to finish the job on time. Do not hire this company All of the work was not done to my satisfaction Just ok company UPDATE 5/25: After review, company contact me for customer satisfaction I was totally satisfied how to treat customer You can trust this company Thanks for taking care of it

These people are SO disorganized and forgetful. Ill NEVER use them for anything again. Theyre full of excuses, and make tons of mistakes. And if you tell them about a mistake, watch out; theyll snap and try to blame you, as well as hang up the phone on you. And Im a very understanding, easy person to work with. The project also took about 5 weeks longer than it was supposed to. Again, nothing but excuses. Youve been warned... STAY AWAY!

We had Evin and his colleagues sand, caulk and paint all the trim and doors in our home. (And around all windows). This was a tedious job but they did it extremely beautifully. Evin was such a pleasure to work with we have already hired him since the initial job. We highly recommend this company.

We had two projects to tackle: one, we wanted a mural painted on the ceiling of our bathroom, and two, we'd goofed up matching the white color when doing some construction in our bedroom, and the only solution was to repaint the whole thing a new white. Mandy did a BEAUTIFUL job with the ceiling mural and was done in two days; Evin came in on day 2 to take care of the whole bedroom (which is kind of an awkward space since it's a converted attic: most of the walls are slanted and the whole ceiling had to be covered as well). He did a meticulous job and we were so relieved to have it all taken care of so quickly. Meanwhile at the next party we had, we kept overhearing guests talking about how cool the bathroom was and asking for tours; it felt like this fun secret to our house, which is exactly how we'd wanted it.

We had just had our entire first floor remodeled and required 5 rooms to be painted with only 1-2 weeks notice. Evin was a pleasure to deal with from the get-go. He came out for a quote a day after we posted the project. He responded well to the deadline. The work was done with an extreme attention to detail. He was reliable in arrival and departure times and most importantly was someone I trusted to work unsupervised in my home. The results were professional quality. I would definitely hire Baird Home Solutions again for an interior or exterior job.
