collect on, but for only $100 he did a full litigation investigation and had his paralegal prepare the papers for court and handle the
initial process. All I had to do was show up. I'm very pleased with his service and although I hope I don't have any more cases for him, I'd
definitely use him if I do. One thing that I really liked, while he didn't always pick up the phone, he always got back to me within an hour or so. Never did I have to chase him down to find out how my cases were going. Also, the contract stated that he would remit my take 2 weeks after each payment made and he always remitted right away. I'm very pleased with his service, as I've heard a lot of horror stories with hiring collection agencies and that's just not his company. Thumbs up!
