My condo association requires an annual inspection. I found Admiralty who followed up quickly and professionally. While they were busy, the worked around my schedule and fit me in sooner vs later. They showed up on-time. In the past I've been a bit leery about the surprise, "you need this, this and this" but that was not the case here. They did their inspection, we quite professional and knowledgeable and I received my inspection certificate right away. It was easy doing business with them and If I have a need for serious work, they'll be first on my list to call.

Jason was promptly on time. He was thorough in his inspection and efficient in his cleaning. He explained clearly all that he was doing and why. He was in and out of the house in 45 minutes after cleaning one chimney; the second chimney was not in need of cleaning. He was a pleasant and engaging professional who was easy to talk with. I would recommend him without reservation. This is our first time using Admiralty Chimney and will not hesitate to call on them again.

Very pleasant, very polite. We had two things we wanted done. We wanted them to take a pellet stove out of our chimney and we wanted the chimneys cleaned. They took the stove out very quickly and cleanly. We thought the chimneys needed cleaning but, were told that they were fine and able to be used, so, they could have made us pay for the cleaning even though it wasn't needed and we wouldn't have known better. I appreciate their honesty.

The cleaning techs were very knowledgeable and professional. They found a few problems with my chimney, and explained what issues need to be addressed soon, and which could wait until next season. I got a quote for the future work to be done same day, and will definitely use them for this project as well as future routine cleaning jobs.

The technician shut off our furnace in order to clean the chimney and never turned it back on. I came home from work later that day to no heat and no hot water. We figured out the problem after we called them and only got voice mail. The call was returned at 9:30 that evening without even an apology for our inconvenience.

John was very personable, pleasant, knowledgeable and respectful. There wasn't anything for me to clean up afterwards and he covered the area to keep it clean. The cost was very reasonable. I would recommend them to everyone!

They should not advertise that they can repair a gas stove (Vermont Castings) when they have no expertise in this field. They would not even return to try to make good on the repair or find out whether the replacement parts were defective. Stove still does not work.

1 year later my roof still leaks after they did a bazillion things to my chimney and they did not fix the problem. I now have to go elsewhere.

The owner was quite nice to meet and work with. When I questioned him about his original quote asking if he could improve upon the fee, he graciously accommodated me and lowered the cost so that I could keep give the job to a Nashua based company. His workers are currently on the job finishing the work hired for. All workers are quite polite, friendly, good workers and easy to speak with. I would highly recommend them to anyone for this sort of work.

Chimney Cleaning - Hired them to clean my chimney for a wood burning fireplace. They arrived on time and inspected the chimney. After they determined that the chimney was in great shape, they charged me for only an inspection. About $85. Well spent for peace of mind. Great job! Will most definitely hire again.
