I usually have to leave a message but my calls are returned within a day and often within hours. The cost for cleaning is $125. They had to replace a part, therefore the higher amount, but because the repair fell within their allotted repair time, I was not charge extra for labor. After they leave, the stove and hearth are cleaner than when they arrived.
I am usually here when they do the cleaning, but i would trust them to do the job even if I were not home. Their only fault, if you can call it that, is that they sometimes arrive BEFORE their appointment. This is great for me because I schedule them first thing in the morning before I go to work and I can get on my way sooner than anticipated.
Clean, polite, reliable and affordable. What more could you want in a chimney sweep?!
PS - they also do general household maintenance repairs.
