What a nice man! He worked hard all morning doing even more than I originally asked for, and he didn't charge me any more. When there was going to be a glitch, he brought it to my attention and let me decide how to proceed. Also just generally helpful and pleasant the entire time.

He has tuned my piano for years. It always sounds great. He is trustworthy so that I have no problem letting him in the house without me here. When I am home he plays a few wonderful tunes at the end. He has offered to be at my house to be sure all goes well when the movers arrive with my great aunt's antique piano.
