We called to get an estimate to install a particular type of instant hot water heater. The person who came was rude (at one point said our washer and dryer were "junk"), had no idea of how these water heaters worked, and charged us $69 to make the service call. He promised an estimate within 24 hours, after doing some "homework". The estimate has not appeared now 3 weeks later. We have since found a very good handyman with experience with these units who did a free quote.
