John did an outstanding job on listening to my vision for the first floor and delivered beyond my expectations. John was excellent. He had great recommendations on how to address issues such as the ceiling and walls. His recommendations for paints were excellent. The room, including windows and doors never looked so good. We plan on using John on future projects.

Small Projects Painting or Staining
John did an excellent job on both my exterior and interior paint jobs. Not only is he friendly and professional, he is completely reliable. John is extremely thorough and pays attention to detail. He repaired some areas of my walls that needed attention before he started painting, which made the whole process much smoother. Will definitely hire him again!

Interior Painting or Staining
We hired John to paint the interior of a house we had recently purchased. Along with changing the wall color, there were quite a few repairs that we needed done. The house was built in the 40s and there have been many projects done over the previous years, that just didn't look as if they were done correctly and were eyesores. John did an AMAZING jobs on these areas, sometimes I forget they were ever there and how awful they had previous looked! We will be hiring John again in the future for a kitchen remodel and when we do over our children's bedrooms.

I hired Beanland Painting to do my entire condo interior and would recommend their services to anyone looking to do the same.
