Pressure Washing, Deck Maintenance
That week went by and he kept blowing us off. Now it is too late to seal the porch and deck before the winter because it will not be warm enough to apply the stain. He is not dependable and has beaten me out of $100, because it does not cost $200 for three hours of pressure washing.
