They were great! Very prompt and professional. Took the time to explain all the options that I had, and answered all my questions. Very honest, ethical and fair. Helped to make this unexpected repair a good experience. The owner Jason helped get the repair/replacement done as soon as possible. They did a great job, they were on time, polite, and Cleaned up when they were done. We very happily have hot water again, and it is efficient too! This is now the company I'd call in the future.
