Excellent! Original water system was a bit complicated and 20 years old, but still supported by the company AND they taught me how to do maintenance. A few years later, we decided to go with a new system that was easier to service as well as being updated computer controls. Technicians were professional, cleaned up after themselves (water in the basement), on time, no problems. When they came back a year later to do the yearly update/check, they showed me how to do it yet again! While i would not recommend that everyone do their own maintenance, I was very pleased that they were willing to fulfill my wishes. VERY nice people, felt completely trustworthy, and both the office staff and installers were great, helpful and able to answer all my questions.
