They’ve been very good. Someone snapped it off and they replaced it.

Called MPH at 12:40pm stating I had an issue with the water heater and explained the problem. Was told he thought it was a coil but he would send someone out. A tech arrived within a half hour. Do not know price as of yet as they send invoice after returning to office. I have used them in the past and have been very happy with their service.
