Flawlessly. His crew installed a furnace, water heater and cold water pipes. Jason and his crew have always been quick to respond and fix any problems. Recently when one of his crew came to fix yet another leak it was suggested we consider replacing our cold water pipes. We called Jason to come give us a quote and asked about replacing our large hot water heater with a tankless heater. Jason explained that the water in our area contributed to the problems we had with leaks in our pipes. He explained that he couldn't in good conscience install a tankless water heater without our first installing a water conditioning system. We didn't want to do that but we were happy that he was honest with us about the problems the water might cause which would cancel the warranty on the water heater. He arranged his crews schedule so that he could install a new furnace, water heater and cold water pipes a few days before Christmas. We wouldn't trust anyone else to work on our home.

A couple months ago I hired Jason to replace a 48 year old gas boiler, and a 15 year old water heater. I spent hours doing my own research, and narrowed my picks down to two brands and models. Jason listened to all of my reasons for picking those two models, but he also recommended another model. He gave me an estimate for all three, and pointed out a few major issues with one of my picks. He took the time to read the installation manual for it, as well as going online to do his own research and even speaking to other contractors to find out more about it. As it turned out, one of my picks would have required structural changes to my house, and it was also known to have venting problems. If I had gone with one of the other contractors, these issues wouldn't have been discovered until after it was installed, because (in their own words), 'all cast iron boilers are pretty much the same'. I ended up going with Jason's recommendation, and I'm glad I did. He and his team took their time during the install, and did quality work. Another difference between Jason and other contractors is the others used the rebates as a selling feature, whereas Jason didn't. If you don't know, the rebates aren't guaranteed - the money comes from a pool setup at the beginning of the year, and once it's used up, that's it. Since it isn't guaranteed, Jason didn't even mention it, but other contractors included it with their quotes and didn't mention that there was a chance I wouldn't get the rebate. Since I was going to be spending a lot of money, and these were things that I'd be using for years and years, I had more than a few questions. Jason answered each one completely, even coming back out to my house again to show me exactly how things would be installed. During the pre-sales phase, Jason told me how important service was to him, and how I could call with a problem any time, day or night. Everyone is going to say that, but I had the chance to put that to the test; about a month after the install, I started smelling gas in the basement. After calling the gas company, I called Jason and he was at my house in 45 minutes - on a Sunday. As it turned out, my gas meter had failed and the gas pressure was three times what it should have been. Even though it wasn't Jason's fault (none of his work was anywhere near the meter), he stayed and worked with the gas company as they fixed the broken meter, and made sure everything was working correctly. I've seen a few reviews of Jason's work that say his price is higher than most, but that wasn't my experience. His price was more than competitive with all the other contractors I received quotes from, and when the rebate is included, the high efficiency model he recommended was actually less than the cast iron models I had picked. You may think that with a high-ticket item like this that hiring a company with dozens of trucks & techs is better, but in my case it would have been much, much worse.

I wasn't able to use my shower with the broken handle so they were here in less than a couple hours. I was impressed with the same day service, now a days just getting someone to return your call is a challenge. Although I was very impressed with their response time, NOTHING is for free. I received a $125 added service charge (for Same day service) when I received my bill.
