Coming back from a trip and finding a burst pipe is not fun. Having it happen twice is even less fun. It was pretty traumatic as a homeowner, but Matt Hatch showed up very quickly both times, went the extra mile all the way to find the cause, and repaired the pipes promptly. He was very professional in every way, and he has my respect for pulling an all-nighter in helping me with an emergency. The price was very reasonable considering the effort he put into the job, and he has my gratitude and respect. I would recommend Matt all the way to anyone. He definitely has been doing this for a while and he knows his way around. Only a minor complaint: the only trouble with tradesmen that have achieved elite status is that they often become very busy due to high demand. I haven't been able to get in contact with him again about a small job I needed done. I really don't even want to say this because I respect the guy as both a tradesman and a person, but I have to be honest. Hopefully you'll be able to hire him and you'll never have this problem. In conclusion, Matt is a first rate plumber with a great work ethic and reasonable prices.
