They have been very patient and eager to explain. They made sure that I would be able to pull it out before they sold it to me. They recommended a reliable electrician to hitch it up. They also delivered the generator inexpensively and the guy who delivered it was very careful to go over everything with me and they delivered it on time. I just felt very comfortable that they were being open, honest, and fair.
