Before purchasing our home we had spotted a couple split floor joists (during the inspection) and knew we would need to repair them. Several different contractors gave us estimates, but Cedar Ridge was by far the most cost effective with a solid reputation.
What really made them stand out from their competitors is that they don't take short cuts. They believe in doing jobs the right way the first time so you don't need to call someone back again later to fix it. During the floor joist repair, the owner, Justin, spotted two more cracked joists and repaired those at the same time. A couple months later, I found two broken rafters in the attic and had Cedar Ridge repair those as well.
I find Cedar Ridge knowledgeable and easy to work with. They are quick, efficient, and friendly. I look forward to using them again for any future remodeling or repairs.
