Cardoza Flooring

We are very pleased with the quality of the product AND the installation. The installers arrived on time, installation was done quickly and professionally. We had the vinyl tile installed on point and grouted. We couldn't be happier with the new floor! We have other flooring to replace throughout our home and we plan on using Cardoza again. They were so easy to work with.

We hired Cardoza Flooring to install carpet in 2 bedrooms in our new house. We called with a very tight timeline and they were able to accommodate us. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The carpets came out great and we are going to hire them again to do our basement!

Turn around time for installation was 7 days. From time of order till completion. Installers were friendly, on time and did a great job.

The carpet is beautiful and was professionally installed.  The low scores have to do with the sales person in their store, who was not responsive, seemed to have lost my paperwork, and on two occasions rude.  I had to go over his head to the store owner, which is not something I typically do, but was necessary.

We had a great experience working with Cardoza Flooring to re-carpet our finished basement following a self-inflicted flood. We visited their Milford showroom and, after perusing carpets at big box stores in the past, we were pleasantly surprised to see their "all in" pricing. At least for carpeting they provide a single price per square foot that includes carpet, basic padding, and installation. This really helped with the budgeting process! Dave in the showroom was able to talk through a few of our questions that day and scheduled measurements for us.
A gentleman named Jim came out and did the initial estimate, which came out about a grand over budget due to conservative measurements resulting in about 40% waste material that we hadn't planned for. We contacted Cardoza the next business day and asked if there was any piecing  that could be done to reduce waste (we were willing to have more seams to allow for that) so that we could get closer to our budget. Mike came out to our house 45 minutes later to remeasure and within a couple of hours we had a revised estimate that was right on budget without sacrificing carpet quality! Mike even upgraded our padding at no cost because we had chosen a more upscale carpet.
A few days later we were able to get back to the showroom and make our final color choice and put down our 50% deposit. Carpet was ordered on a Thursday and arrived the next Tuesday! Installation was scheduled for the following Monday. We were told that the installation crew would arrive by 9:30 and Dennis and Matt were right on time! They worked straight through at least six hours and finished everything except the room where we'd stashed all of the furniture. They were very forthcoming about the need to come back in the morning to finish up. They were back bright and early the next day and finished the job quickly.
The space is BEAUTIFUL, the price was right, the service was impeccable, and their willingness to work with us to get us the best product within our budget was much appreciated. I would not hesitate to use Cardoza Flooring again for future jobs!

We are thrilled with our new floor! The process could not have been easier. The estimate from Cardoza was 20% lower than the other vendors we asked to bid. In addition, the flooring we chose from Cardoza had a longer warranty than the competitors! The Cardoza installers showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and did a great job. We'll definitely return to Cardoza Flooring for our flooring needs in the future.

They are good and very fast. They respond to any inquiry. I value the relationship, you can come to the shop and they know you by name, your needs and your preferences. That is what is good about using a local business. If you are loyal to then they are loyal to you.

This company is amazing. It is family owned and they have pride in their work. They are reasonably priced and responsive. We have a large basement and with multiple rooms that needed different flooring. This job had a high degree of complexity and they did a superb job. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

From start to finish the people at Cardoza did a quality job.  They arrived when they said they would, they were reasonably priced and they completed the job in time for the holidays.  The floor looks great and we couldn't be more pleased. 

They are a locally owned company and they are fantastic. They were well-priced and they came and did the job like they said they were. The people that came here were very professional.

Cardoza did an excellent job! The team of 3, lead by Herberto installed carpeting and laminate flooring in our home. They were professional and on time. They worked really late hours to get the job done and worked with our tight schedule. We had to try to get the flooring all done before the movers arrived with our belongings. We couldn't have asked for anyone better really. They were very picky with their work  and also very particular about their clean up job afterwards. I really can not say enough about them! The quality was excellent and the flexibility was excellent. Beautiful job, beautiful results! I am really picky, and they are TOP NOTCH!!!

Cardozza was the second company I contacted for an estimate.  The first company was rude and their estimate was insane.  Cardozza came in at half the cost of the first estimate and was extremely friendly and professional.  They took care to measure the space (which is an awkward size and quite large) in the best way to minimize excess carpet waste.  They were on time and did not damage the recently painted walls.  I would use them again without hesitation.

Sales process went well. Very responsive to our budget and negotiated with carpet wholesaler on our behalf (we had a large attic area). Installation good. Only slight probably was that the guys installing the carpet nicked the ceiling a bit with the tool they were to shove the carpet into corners, but that's probably because our attic ceiling slants in with the line of the roof. We would use Cardoza Flooring again and recommend them.

The crews showed up on time ripped out the old floor and had approximately 30% of the new floor all completed in one day.  In the middle of night my wife thought that isn?t the right color. 
This  was not the installer fault since the boxes showed the correct numbers.  Lowes was the chain involved and they responded excellently.  The color was manufacturer issue and offered us the floor for free!  Since would be living with the floor we wanted the color we wanted.  Lowes reorder and this time color matched correctly.  It took a couple of months for this to get completed. 
When the new flooring arrived the Cardoza?s crew showed up right on scheduled and carefully removed the flooring and installed the new all within 2 days approximately 1000 square feet.
When our floor was damaged we called a couple of contractors and chose Cardoza because of the help they gave us through the process.  Yesterday the crew again showed up on time completed the work in a professional manner and helped fix a couple of transition pieces not defined in scope of work at no additional charge.
