They show up. Last year, they damaged some of my driveway lights, but they bought me new ones, so that's good. When I go on vacation, they'll shovel my front walk, so it doesn't look like nobody is home.

I needed to surprise my wife with some landscaping that needed done before she returned home from a trip. I called Adam for some help. He showed up the same day to give me an estimate. We talked about the options and I provided a down payment (he didn't ask for it) so i could lock in our agreement. He purchased materials and was there the next day because he had a cancelation in his schedule. I know he was busy and was grateful it worked out that way. He and his helper did an excellent job.
