"I am sorry that you felt any one was abrupt with you or your wife. We try to take the time to make sure that are customers know exactly what the process will be. But we will continue to improve on this. We are also sorry that there was a error on the bill. As we explained in emails the check was issued long before you received it. Many of those emails where after it was sent. Eddie offered to meet with you for another payment if you could not wait any longer. We are sorry that you had a bad experience. We opened our lake house only to find something was leaking in the upstairs bathroom. It was a Friday evening after 6:00PM when I called Badger Plumbing. Eddie, the owner answered the phone and I explained my situation.
He scheduled service for 9:00AM Saturday morning. His tech showed up promptly and had the repair done within the hour and completely checked the entire house for any additional problems.
Outstanding customer service all around at a reasonable price for a weekend emergency. I would not hesitate to recommend Badger Plumbing - a pleasure to do business with!
