They came and replaced the door and frame - with what appeared to be a used refurbished door and frame and did not install it correctly. As a consequence, the locking mechanism scraped the door frame and started to make a dent in the door frame. I talked with the owner (Warner) who told me that the work was done by a subcontractor and that the subcontractor had been fired. He indicated that he would repair the door.
A few weeks passed and nothing was done. So the next time i saw him on the property, I reminded him that the door had not been replaced or the problem fixed.
A few days later, i came home to find that in the place of the dent (made by the locking mechanism) - someone had chisled the wood away. I never did see anyone from Regional Siding again. The condo association had to hire someone else to fix the problem - but Regional Siding totally disappeared and never did anything about the door.
DO not trust the owner of this company. I would recommend using someone else for any and all work that this company says they can perform.
