Left off vehicle in the AM - pleasant, courteous greeting at reception area. I was called when work was done and vehicle was parked in the front of the facility and was clean ( no grease spots / grime on steering wheel) Very satisfied with the work done.
sidebar: I had been employed for 40+ years at this location before the previous owner and I retired and I must say I am very impressed with the remodeling , equipment updates, and employees that have taken place under Chad.

Without an appointment they quickly diagnosed the rattle under my wife's GMC Acadia as a linkage arm.
We were going to set up an appointment to have it done later in the week, however they offered to fix it right away. Great service and great professionalism.

Our Honda Accord needed some rear brake work - and the estimate provided by our old mechanic seemed extremely high. So, spoke to a friend of mine at work, and he recommended Merrimack Auto Center. I spoke to Chad (one of the owners - along with his father) and made an appointment. The repair was performed promptly - and the cost was significantly less. However, more important than the cost was the professional way that Chad communicated what work was performed. He explained what the issue was with our brakes, possibly why it happened, and the details of the work performed and the parts used. Because we were a new customer - he said he also did a 'once-over' on the car - at no charge.
Perhaps two weeks later we had an issue with the brakes on our Honda Pilot - different problem. Again, Chad handled the repair work with the same professionalism. He reminded me that we were a bit late on getting our oil changed. I told him what the cost of the oil change was where I typically went - that I typically used a coupon - and he said that he would be happy to do it for the same cost.
I highly recommend Merrimack Auto - they are professional, courteous, and go out of the way to explain what work is necessary - and what work can wait.
