The floor was done and the job was excellent it was over 900 ft.² including leveling and mold work the work was super A+ leveled and he removed all debris he arrived on time work was professional and would hire again for the flooring job now to the bathroom remodel which was adding over 70 ft.² to an existing bathroom in large Jane a shower to a 5‘ x 5‘ shower adding a whirlpool tub having custom tile work done and shower floor and surrounding area‘s with custom design which was done to our satisfaction and it was A+ He brought in the proper contractors who were professional and experienced and knew exactly what they were doing they listened to our needs everybody work together the job went completely smooth we will be calling them back to GHI For many many jobs To come and would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a small to large work at your home great job

Eric did a top-notch job and we are very pleased with how our new bathroom turned out. Eric did the job on schedule and showed up on time to begin work. He also stayed within his written estimate and he was very good at answering my emails and all our questions.

Terrible! Eric showed up a couple of times just to get money but only did very little of the actual job. We hired him in October last year and he immediately said it was too cold for him to work! He asked if we could wait until springtime. We did. However, since then he has never responded to emails, calls or text messages. He took $1400. from us and never even started on the main part of the job. He just stiffed us. We have been calling, emailing, texting for months with no response. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!! Reviews are from family members and friends obviously. BEWARE and choose someone else for sure. We are sure he will invent a lie as to why he never showed up and just took our money. The attached pic is how he left our home!!

It went very well! Eric is a pro, very good at customer communication, and completed the job on time. There were absolutely no problems during the three days he worked at my house. He arrived on a day after a heavy evening rain and put tarps on the stairs leading to the work room, which kept the carpets from getting wet, grassy, muddy. He was very particular to keep things clean in the room and vacuumed and spot dusted where needed to remove minor, residual sanding dust. The work on the ceiling was done so you can't see any signs of repair, and very nicely random-rolled to match the surrounding area. The slight wall damage from the ceiling leakage was also repaired, sanded, and painted very nicely. On a previous visit, he also repaired some exterior storm damage to decorative trim - it looks great! I would use Eric again in an instant.

Eric responded to emails/ texts right away. Was prompt with his estimate and was able to start work within a couple of weeks. He was at my house about 6 days, and then came back for touch ups. He made a good attempt to clean up each day (ceiling are a messy job, no getting around that), and especially at the end of the job. A few of the seams are still slightly visible, but overall he did a great job and I would have him back. He took down an old ceiling fan and put a new one up (same location), and even assisted with a minor (unrelated) issue in the basement. Eric was polite, on time, and a pleasure to work with.

I contacted two people from Angies list. One never returned my repeated calls. Eric however returned my call by the end of the business day. We agreed on a time and day to quote the work which needed to be done. Eric was prompt and communicated with me before his arrival. After inspecting the work to be done, he was actually able to correct a crooked door that wouldn't close right "on the spot". I received his final quote by email on the next day. His price was competitive for skilled labor in this area, so we agreed to proceed with the work. Eric communicated thru emails and text messanging and always kept us informed of his status. Some of the work was inside work, which based on his character my wife and I trusted him to work by himself while we left the house to finish errands. Some of the work was outside exterior work and rain delayed completion. Eric always kept us informed of the weather so he could estimate when the final work could be completed. I would highly recommend Eric for any home owner needing a skilled handyman. I was especially pleased that he accepted the several smaller jobs and could be trusted to work alone.

Eric showed up on time and got straight to it. He happily worked around a large moving team as he did his work. The project took Eric about 1.5-2 days to complete. The results are excellent. We had a small miscommunication about the expected work in one room, but Eric took care of it without additional charge (this took about 30 minutes ... it was pretty small). Better, he wasn't at all argumentative and clearly prioritized quality results and customer satisfaction. I've rated Eric as 'B' for price but I admit I don't know what it should cost. I simply didn't have time to get additional quotes, and Eric was the first and only provider to respond. Then again, he was there when I needed him and did a great job.

Eric did a great job! He promptly returned my call requesting a quote, arrived for the quote appointment promptly, and kept me informed of the job scheduling around the weather forecasts. He completed the job quickly and professionally, found some additional issues and corrected them cost effectively. I would highly recommend Gaska Home Improvement LLC for home repair work and will absolutely consider them for our next home project!

Eric was very prompt and completed the job within a week of me first contacting him (this included the initial contact, consult, and work being done). Eric also made suggestions that I did not even think about, making it look better and saving money. I am very satisfied with all of the work Eric did and would recommend him for any job. I will definitely be using him again.

We hired Eric to repair cedar clapboard siding and window trim that had been damaged through water infiltration. Eric did a great job tearing out all the damaged siding, window trim and underlayment. He replaced all the damaged material and fixed the area where water was seeping in with an improved flashing and moisture barrier system. His work is very professional. He cleaned up the work area very well. We are very happy with his work.

Our second floor main bath was in major need of updating.
 Eric from Gaska Home Improvement came out to our house, made
recommendations and provided us with a quote in a timely fashion.  The
project included tearing out and replacing the existing tub/shower, vanity, and
cabinetry.  Drywall was replaced, walls were mudded, sanded and painted.
The trim and crown molding were also replaced.  From start to finish we
were impressed and extremely happy with the level of service and quality of
work provided.  We were on a tight timeline to get this remodel completed
before relatives came to visit.  Eric worked to accommodate our timeline,
always being punctual and keeping us apprised of the progress and next steps in
the project.  In addition, he always left the work area very clean and
neat which was much appreciated!  He helped us stay on budget while
delivering an impressive finished project.  We were thrilled to have the
project completed in time to host our family and are enjoying our new,
beautiful bathroom!  We would highly recommend Gaska Home Improvement
services.
