They came as they had stated on time, and took the tree down. They even trimmed a couple other branches that need to come down. And I appreciated that.They were very helpful.

They didn't clean up the mess after they were finished and we had even paid for them clean up. Our next door neighbor had them do work and they didn't grind the stumps for him. They even left a heavy tractor in his woods for months.

the tree and bushes were removed promptly and appropriately. They were supposed to drill out the stumps of the bushes removed, which couldn't be done at the time of removal because of wet weather. Since then we have made repeated calls for the stumps to be drilled out with no response and/or return calls.
