After having an installer that wasn't the greatest and having problems I called around to have someone else look at it. The second person I hired was here for 45 minutes (temp fix until he drove away), took $110, did nothing, told me he would be back in 3 weeks and never heard from him again. Then I called Garrett. He was able to diagnose the problem and order the part. He was told from the mfg it would be a month before the part came in but due to his diligence it was installed two weeks later! How great it is to have my central AC back! He wasn't the cheapest HVAC contractor out there but hey, you get what you pay for. He did, however, do his best to keep costs down. He was punctual, courteous and someone I would definitely hire again. Thanks
