They completely cleaned up the mess made by the construction equipment and re-seeded grass areas tore up by heavy equipment. I think they left the yard in better shape than before they started.
The finished product is awesome and I know it will last a long, long time.
Along the way, Dave Dupont personally oversaw all the operations, and made helpful suggestions as well.
The cost came out in the end just as stated on the original proposal (plus the cost of a few extras we added in that weren't in the proposal). Dave always did what he said he would do, and he always showed up when he said he would. He hired outstanding subcontractors (for demolition, irrigation, and plumbing) who also did a superb job. He also has a very cheerful, positive attitude, and is sincerely interested in making the project look terrific.
We are VERY PLEASED with the much improved appearance of our land and house. It is hard to believe how nice it now looks.
