I called on a Saturday morning and was scheduled for that afternoon. I received a call late morning informing me the technician would actually arrive 1 hour early. Dirk arrived, introduced himself and listened while i explained the issue. He told me exactly what he would do step by step. Dirk was informative, pleasant and professional. The entire experience was educational. I would definitely call Drain King again and would be totally comfortable having them repair whatever the issue might be.
