Danielle does a very thorough job cleaning our home. She is pleasant and trustworthy, I would highly recommend her. Iâ ve had other house cleaners in the past and Danielle is the best, by far!

Danielle came to my house a couple days a head of time to preview the house and gave me a quote for 6-8 hours at 30/hr for the first cleaning. I asked her if she could do it by herself and she said that she only likes to work by herself. I agreed to this quote. She showed up on time with her husband. Then she send me a text and invoice for 7 hours for two people at 30/hour or $420. I was even here for the first two hours of cleaning and she never indicated that it would be additional cost of what we agreed with. I told her that i thought that was dishonest that we both agreed to the max of 240 for first cleaning and then when she was done she said oh by the way it is going to cost you almost twice as much. I had gotten a second quote for 200 that i did not go with for the first cleaning. I thought that the 240 max was reasonable. My house has been on biweekly cleaning until about 6 weeks ago and i do not have a lot of nick nacks. I also spent 2 hours picking up things in my son's rooms that were there when she came to give me a quote. I was happy with my last cleaners but i found out that they were not reporting their income from the cleaning and could not let them continue to work. Danielle said that she does report the income and did provide me with invoice. When you have people coming to your house, you need to make sure that their word is good. I wasnt going to write this review except i replied to her text telling her my concerns about her agreeing to one price and then billing me a different price and she went crazy ballistic on me in text. I think she is a bit unstable and wanted to warn people

Exceptional job - all surfaces thoroughly cleaned, baseboards scrubbed, wood floors gleam... Danielle is always prompt and very pleasant. Would highly recommend her!
