Overall I am satisfied with the work. The crew arrived late and did damage to the front lawn of the building. We explicitly asked about padding for their lift to avoid having tire marks on the lawn. When my maintenance man spoke to the foreman of the crew about our concern, he just shrugged it off. Amii who runs the office for this company was wonderful and took the time to arrange for the work to be done on a Sunday rather than a week day. This avoided parking problems and our employees trying to work while the pressure washing was being done.
