carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreI think I just explained that I contacted these people, it was through one of the "recommended" places that other people liked. At least that was the inference. The man actually called me (the house in question was a summer rental) and said he couldn't send my husband the email (our e mail addresses are one letter different), but that he had just sent me the estimate that moment because he has been "so busy" and "papers were piled on his desk".....hope he has a bit more time now on his hands. Thought you should know.
Description of Work: Contacted Prevost Flooring for carpet cleaning.........it took over a month for them to give us an estimate....and the estimate arrived 2 days before the job was to take place. I cancelled the order as the entire house floor is 1100 square feet....they were to clean a little over 500 square feet of this in the 3 tiny bedrooms and the 12x9 living room rug. Their total was $360! This is outrageous! Guess there are enough suckers out there who will swallow the gouge price.....I am not one of them! Note that in the box above this Angie's List requested an amount that I paid and wouldn't take N/A for an answer, so I put in the amount of their estimate.
