They came this morning. It took them a few hours. I would give them an A+ rating. he also did an inspection of a small hole in the roof and gave us advice.

It went very well. It was a reasonable price, and they did the job quickly and did it right.

I really thought that they would only put a tarp up to keep the rain out, but they removed the damaged shingles, placed metal flashing over the holes, and replaced it with new shingles. The cost was the same as the insurance adjuster gave us for the temporary fix with a tarp. I'm really impressed and grateful!

He was very diligent in getting back to me, the process took about a year for scheduling purposes but William was always on top of it.
There was an instance where there was a nail left in the driveway and I ran over it, he sent the crew out the very next day to sweep the driveway and was great about the whole thing. Our roof looks great and we get compliments from all of our neighbors.
The project only took about one or two days and everyone was impressed with how well the guys were working.

Mr. Savini is very professional, responded to all my questions, punctual, removed all debris at end of project. I would certainly hire him for future roofing projects.

They did a very good job.

He came when he said he would and performed the work he said he would.

From the time of calling and speaking with the roofing contractor, scheduling time for an evaluation to the quoting of the job, then removing and replacing the caps on the roof, I am v. pleased with the work done.

Rocco was very prompt on every aspect of the job. When doing the estimate he took photos that helped immensely with the insurance. He explained everything he was doing and was very professional. I especially appreciated the clean up afterwards -as the area is used by my dogs. I checked it thoroughly and didn't find any debris at all (wish my window replacement guys had been this careful!)It was done in two days. I would definitely call on him again.

I contracted him in march and due to the weather he did the work in April. He returned my initial call promptly and kept me in the loop by emial. The work was great and they cleaned up well too.

He was great, and I liked him a lot. He did good work for a good price. Overall, he was excellent. The price was competitive compared to the other estimates I received. Everything was good. I would rate him highly and would use him again in the future if necessary.

I was in the process of buying a new house and the home inspection revealed a good amount of prior water damage. It was recommended that I hire a professional roofer to inspect the repair work that was done. Most people reading these reviews probably own a home and understand the short deadlines things must be completed by during closing. Savini worked with me and fit time into his schedule on short notice to do the inspection and write up a report for within the deadlines. The sellers had agreed to make the minor repairs needed and Savini reviewed the work after to ensure it was all done.

I found him to be very professional, friendly and prompt. Truly the exception to the norm when it comes to contractors.

i called and he returned my call promptly. He worked with me on pricing and showed up on time on a saturday. The job was finished in one day. It looks great. Also, he obliged the tenant as to where to place the dumpster as she didnt want it too near the house as the ground was soft there. I would hire him again definitly.

Overall, it went well. They had a big crew and it happened fast. They did not lay out tarps down everywhere but they did put them down on the sides of the home. They eventually did after I brought it to your their attention. They went around twice with a magnet to make sure they were thorough with the cleanup. They found more wood that needed replaced that did not get included in the original estimate that was paid for by the insurance company. I wished they would have been more thorough with this so we did not have the out of pocket expense. We had an extra leak on a part of the roof near a bathroom pipe and he took care of it for us and did not charge additional for this. He was a great communicator and kept in touch with us. We are still picking up small amounts of debris and a few nails and had the tarp been down and the cleanup issue been handled as promised, we would be completely satisfied.
