It has been a few years, everything has been working fine. They did the air conditioning a couple of years before. They were good. I had a quote from the oil company and theirs was a little better. They just did the job efficiently and had not much of a hassle. The price was right and I've had no complaints about the equipment. They never got in touch with me again. I thought they would want to come and maintain the air conditioning unit, but they said, "Oh, you don't need to do it every year." It's not like they've done any followup. It was up to me to call them if there was a problem. I just thought there would be some periodic maintenance on the air conditioning that they would want to do. With the furnace, I've been having my oil company do it anyhow. I would call them first if I had any problems.
