service provided under a home warranty. Requested the home warranty company send another contractor. Paid the deductable a second time to get away from this contractor. Office personnel were beligerent.

"I am sorry we did not meet your expectations. When dealing with a home warranty company we can only provide the services they authorize. We did recomend the pan be replaced and they finally did aprove that. I hope you did get the work done."
