Orchid did a wonderful job cleaning my fathers apartment. She is very professional, and thorough. She cleaned everything I requested, and then some. I highly recommend her, and would definitely hire her again.

I paid for 4 hours of cleaning and they barely cleaned anything. There was dirt on the floors, the washing machine, which I specifically asked to be cleaned, wasn t touched, the countertops and appliances had a film on them, and the ceiling fans weren t dusted. I am extremely disappointed with the service from this company.

Vicens House Cleaning Service did not clean what they said they were going to clean, then hung up on me when I called to complain. I'm a landlord. I hired Vicens House Cleaning to clean the kitchen and bathroom of an apartment unit to move-in condition before I can rent it out. All trash had been removed. The agreement were for them to just clean the inside/outside of the range, the refrigerator, and the kitchen/bathroom cabinets/drawers. In addition, they were going to clean the bathtub, toilet, floor, counter-tops, sinks, faucets, and range hood. They did not touch the cabinets/drawers, range hood, and the smooth glass range cook-top. Trash particles (loose bits and pieces of old food, dried spilled sauces, cleaning chemicals, etc.) are still on the cook-top and all over the cabinets/drawers. I sent them pictures to prove, then called to complain. They hung up on me.
