We stayed an additional 2.25 hours at no cost re-washing floors to try and remove animal urine odor to avoid having to replace the floors and to gain that 100% Satisfaction. We did however perform a complete walk through with you before we left. As for the kitchen floor, we teach our cleaning specialists to clean their way out. which means because the exit is attached to the kitchen that would be the last item completed. We were completing other areas of the home first when we explained it to you so we apologize if it seemed like we were going around it but in the end it was completed. I'm not sure what you mean with checking that we do what we say but if it has anything to do with scraping paint and clumps of glue under the carpets that is something that a floor specialist would need to do.
