Sadly I used them for a “deep clean” of my new home. They called the morning of the clean and said that I was misquoted and they would need more money than the agreed upon price to show up that day. Because we needed to move in, I had no choice but to pay the new increase price. Then the woman who apparently owns the company did a terrible job. I had to rewash all the cabinets in the kitchen even though I paid extra to have the cabinets washed inside and out. I still curse them daily as I continue to have to redo cleaning that I paid them close to $1000 to do and it’s delayed my ability to move in to my new house. I would never recommend this company.

My wife and I are retired, with health issues that reached a point we could no longer properly clean our home. We found UniStar Cleaning and initially chose them over 3 others due to their prompt response, favorable reviews, fair pricing and variety of services. We have been using them for 6 months and have not been disappointed. LeAnn has been, efficient and thorough in her work, always asks if we have found any issues since her last visit and is sure to ask us to review her work before she leaves. In addition to regular cleaning items, it's the little details that stand out: Emptying the trash, straightening the bed covers, dusting the baseboard heat covers & top of the door and picture frames. Speaking of picture frames, we recently replace 2 larger pictures with smaller ones. The larger frames, having hung in the same place for years had left marks on the wall. LeAnn had them gone before I could ask if I was going to have to paint. We highly recommend UniStar Cleaning in Manchester, NH and thank them and LeAnn for their efforts.
