They are excellent. The charge was very reasonable; the first month rent went to them, and that was fine. Their monthly fee is cheap at $80 a month, but they do an excellent job. The $80 a month is a pay for the maintenance of the property. If they needed to buy an appliance or something like that, they will call us, and let us know what it is. They get us two or three different prices of the equipment they want to install in the house, or what needs to be replaced, we’ll make our decision, and they’ll have it installed. It worked out very well. They are very upfront of letting us know what we needed to do, and then we can always get in touch with them. They keep us informed. They give us a run-down on any services that they had to do in a month, and give us a bill on that. It’s wonderful.
