In June, I finally decided I wanted for him to build me a computer from scratch. Josh built a powerhouse! My productivity has skyrocketed with my new computer and I cannot imagine how I functioned on my old HP (which really wasn't old..only a year). He came to my home and set it up for me with every single detail I would need. He continuously followed up with me to see how it was running and 100% stood by his work. When I asked for an additional harddrive, he researched and ordered me the best one and ended up staying at my house hours beyond what he expected because the copying took longer. He went above and beyond.
Fast forward to today, a Sunday morning. I had a power outage overnight that caused my computer to not boot up as planned. I sent an email at the crack of dawn in a panic. Josh called me at 8:30am and very calmly and patiently walked me through not only getting the computer back and running, but also installing an update.
I cannot recommend this guy highly enough. Extremely professional, friendly, dependable and absolutely brilliant! Thank you Josh!
