I hired Pyramid roofing and they did a great job I would hire them again if I need another roof.

Response to inquiring was prompt and thorough. Special effort was provided in selecting the desired color. The existing roof was removed carefully. The house and area was protected with plywood and tarps. The material was cleaned up promptly. The new roof was installed neatly with added underlayment for better protection. The area was clean when done each day. The roof looks great. High quality workmanship. Very pleasant experience.

I spoke with Sean on the phone about needing a new roof on our home. He explained that he would be sending an estimator out to our property to write up a report and Sean would email us a quote for the job. His estimator came out as planned and everything went well. However, instead of an email from Sean, I received a voicemail explaining that he would not be giving us an estimate because he wasn't interested in "dealing with it." In the voicemail he made judgments on our budget and stated we would not be able to afford his work. I found working with Sean, however brief, to be unpleasant. His voicemail was extremely unprofessional and quite frankly, offensive. I did not call him to make judgements about my home or my families budget; I called for a quote on replacing the roof on our home. In the mean time, I met with All Weather Exteriors and Forever Metal Roofing Company; both were extremely respectful and professional.

The work good quality. The workers were polite and professional and did a good job cleaning up after completion.

After I chose Pyramid Roofing its owner, Shawn Schwotzer, came to my house to review what was proposed in the contract,when the work would start, how long it would take, the name of the lead man in the crew and told me to call him at any time if there was a problem while the men did their work. First, a large dumpster was brought to the house. The next day the crew arrived and the lead man introduced himself and his crew. He explained exactly what was to be done that day. Before the crew began removing the old shingles they arranged tarps from the roof's overhang to the ground to catch all of the debris and protect the house and shrubs. The crew worked very efficiently. One of them frequently gathered up all of the debris and put it into the dumpster. At the end of the day they finished collecting the remaining debris and put in the dumpster. They then took down the tarps and ladders and placed them in the back of the yard out of sight. Then they went over the driveway and lawn with magnets to pick up any overlooked nails. They did this each day until the work was completed. On the last day the crew chief had me walk around the perimeter of the house with him to show me what had been done and to make sure I was satisfied. I was. Very. I have recommended Pyramid Roofing to others since that time and will continue to do so.

Tremendous! Shaun has great follow through and communicated well before, during and after the job. The foreman Pete was equally as good. Prompt, reliable, clean up was thorough, job above average. Highly recommend.

Very well. I took a long time to decide which roofing company to use after receiving numerous estimates. Once I decided, I received an insurance certificate, and signed the contract right away. Three weeks later the dumpster arrived, as scheduled, but the roofing job was delayed by unforeseen circumstances. I was kept informed as the date for the job was extended. When the roofers came, they were very professional, protected the property, knew what they were doing, worked hard and finished in two days, as promised. They left a clean yard and a beautiful new roof.

I got a strong recommendation from one of my most critical friends to have Pyramid reshingled my roof. If I was getting a recommendation from this guy I knew it was going to be good. The price was very reasonable, the guys were professional and they came back the following day to clean up my yard.

The crew did an awesome job. They accomplished the whole job in about six hours. When I arrived home, I met the crew tending to the clean-up and care of my yard. Three separate members of the crew went of the deck to ensure that no nails or debris was left behind. The dumpster used to gather the waste was removed promptly the next day. The owner followed up on all parts of the job, he is very conscientious about his crew and their commitment to his brand. If you need a new roof, he's the one to call!

Pyramid Roofing was excellent to work with. Shawn was a good communicator throughout the process leading up to the start of the job. When the job started it was clear that they were experienced and worked well together. We were very happy with Pete and his crew. They were very hard working, nice guys, and the quality of their work was excellent. Pete is great, he takes time to explain things, listen to feedback, is a good communicator, and clearly has total control of the crew and job. They were booking about 2 months out, but the ease and quality of the job appears to have been worth the wait.

I received around 8 quotes from local roofing businesses out of Bedford, Manchester, and the Derry area. I was shopping for a new roof and warranty. At Pyramid Roofing, Shawn (the owner) provides a Lifetime warranty on installation and Labor. (Leak Warranty) Last week, Pete and his crew performed a top notch job! Each day, Pete kept us updated on their progress. The crew made sure everything was cleaned up after each day. I told Pete about a concern around our chimney area (we had a leak in the past). The job started exactly on the projected date and took four long days to complete - just as expected. The crew was outstanding. They were conscientious, courteous and professional in every way. Very timely hard working team of men who were GAF trained, qualified and 31 years of experience. The roof is 30x26 foot ranch with a 12x12 foot porch roof . The warranty on work is 10 years and the roof is GAF leak warranty lifetime transferable. Price was the middle of 3 bids all offering the GAF roof system. The lowest bid came without ladder, tape measure, assumed only 1 layer of shingles and offered what shingles he had in his garage.

The team showed up on time every day, took care to protect the house during demo and cleaned up at the end of each day. Quality materials and work all around. Highly recommend.

It took a little longer than we all expected. Due to scheduling and other issues. The clean up was incredible all I found was a piece of old shingle the size of a quarter. All in all I would recommend pyramid to anyone.
