This company is awesome!   I had an idea of what I wanted to pay from previous estimates and he came in a bit lower, but not the lowest - the job was his.  Shawn met me at the time agreed upon, inspected the roof, walked around the house and handed me an extimate for the job.   The crew came in, very neatly laid out tarps taking into consideration the landscaping, stripped the roof, applied the new one and the job was done.  Completely cleaned all the old materials, very curtious and professional could not have asked for a better experience.  Would recommend them to anyone.

Shawn showed up same day for estimate. He was very knowlegable and courtious. The job went very smooth and was done in 2 days like he said it would. Workers were great, roof looks great and the yard was cleaned very well. It was a very positive experiance and I would use them again.

We called on Saturday for a free estimate. Shawn got back to me that same day and he was here on Monday for the estimate. His crew came a few days early to tarp the roof due to an incoming storm. They returned on Friday to do the roof. They were very professional, excellent quality of roofing. The cleanup afterwards was great too. They told me to call them if after the snow starts to melt we find any nails or anything and they would come back and cleanup of needed. My husband and I had a great experience with Shawn. He was very thorough during the estimate and talked us through the whole process from start to finish. We felt very well informed and like we were in good hands!

I was in need of an immediate roof replacement. (<30 days) Sean came out immediately to provide a complete and thorough quote for the roof. I knew exactly what was covered, what wasn't covered, and most importantly, for the cost per unit for any material that needed to be replaced. I was given an accurate estimate of when work was to be done, and even though there were 10 straight days of rain, my job was done on schedule. The company has a AAA+ rating with the BBB, provides proof of insurance, and does not use sub-contractors. Sean answered all my questions (and those from my brother) Dumpster and materials were delivered on Monday work was done Tuesday, and Dumpster was removed by Friday. The crew did a great job of protecting the house and yard from debris. My garden is within 4 feet of the house and it was undisturbed by the shingle removal. The only "cleanup" I did was pick up a small piece of a shingle and 1 nail that were revealed when the dumpster was removed. I have 9 feet of Ice and Water Dam and an exceptional warranty, and a great looking roof. In addition to the roof, I had garage doors wrapped and some damaged trim replaced. This was added as a change order to the original contract and was handled by the "siding crew" separately. The siding crew did a great job with the siding work. Arrived on time, completed work on time. The roofing and siding crews were Prompt, Polite and Professional. I would hire Pyramid Roofing again without any hesitation and I highly recommend them.
