We had our roof replaced this spring. The owner, Shawn, was super responsive to my questions. I would always have answers within two hours. Pete, the foreman, and his crew were fantastic. I could tell they were very detail oriented and had passion for the trade. They were a group of good guys too.The roof came out great and the clean up job was top notch. From quote to project completion, I am beyond impressed ! We received four quotes and I very happy we went with Pyramid. I know we got a great product, installed and backed by a great local company. I'd highly recommend these guys for your roof!

I can't say enough about Pyramid roofing. Shawn, Pete and their crew were outstanding. We had our roof done in 2011 and recently discovered a small leak and some mold growing. After 9 years Shawn called me back immediately. After checking out the issue they discover a loose nail imbedded under a shingle and also realized we didn't have sufficient ventilation for the ridge vent in the attic/crawl space. Shawns crew came over and cut out new soffit vents to assist in getting adequate air flow for the ridge vent. They changed out a few pieces of plywood, reshingled and installed a new and improved ridge vent system. All at no cost to us. In Shawns words " we want to make this right".Their quality and customer satisfaction cannot be beat. I would highly recommend Pyramid roofing and i commend them on their dedication to their customers. Not many companies would do what Shawn did for us after 9 yrs. Jim F Homeowner

The team showed up on time, were professional and courteous. They covered the house and all gardens and bushes with netting/tarps to catch any debris while stripping the roof. They got the house completed in 2 days. Shawn thoroughly communicated dates of start to finish well in advance. The clean up was excellent, they walked around the house with magnets to get all stray nails. Great job!

Pyramid roofing did an outstanding job on my roof. They contacted me multiple times before the job was to start to make sure we were in sync. They showed up when promised and worked 12 hours through a 93 degree day tearing off two layers of shingles and putting a new layer of shingles down. They covered my bushes and deck with tarps and plywood to protect them. When they were finished, they cleaned up every trace of their presence. Their workers were friendly and I didn't hear any swearing or bad language from any of them while they working. I was very satisfied with Pyramid roofing and would recommend them to my closest friends and relatives without hesitation.

All the 5 star ratings are true. Friendly employees, competetive pricing and they were very meticulous protecting all my delicate landscaping while on a 3 story frame in 95 degree heat. Not to mention the excellent clean up and of course great job on the roof. Should be a plus sign available for better than 5 stars.

I requested quotes from 5 roofing companys and chose Pyramid based on the many positive reviews they had received. I was also pleased with price that was quoted. Shawn came to my home and explained everything in the proposal and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. He told me he would call within the week to set a date for the start of work. He did but unfortunately the start date had to be rescheduled because of rain. Finally, he called to say that the work would begin in three days. He said they would be here around 7:15 AM. The day before the men arrived a large dumpster was delivered and placed where I selected. The crew arrived on the specified day at 7:15 AM as promised. They were led by Pete who worked as hard as his men for at least 12 hours each day. Each morning Pete would explain to me what they planned to accomplish that day. The first thing they would do would be to place sheets of plywood in critical locations to protect shrubbery from falling roofing material. They then would rig tarps from the bottom edge of the roof to the ground to protect the building. Then they started work, usually finishing around 7PM. Before leaving they would take down the tarps, remove the plywood, pile up and cover their equipment, sweep the driveway and go over the grounds, driveway and flower beds with magnets to pick up any loose nails. The area was left very neat by the time they quit for the day. Pete and his crew were friendly and courteous the whole time. I was impressed with all that they did each day. Overall having Pyramid replace our roof was a good experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Pyramid to my friends.

We were very pleased with our project. In spite of the rain Sean did everything he could to get the roof done in the time frame we had requested! His workers were very courteous and on time! They made sure our shrubs and perennials were protected and did an amazing job cleaning up after the job was completed! We would highly recommend Sean and his crew at Pyramid to anyone needing a new roof!

This company was the best in all aspects of getting the job done. The back and forth communication with the owner and me and his team was super. Everybody worked on the same playing field. They worked around the bad weather that hit of course at the beginning of the project but they didn't take any chances on leaving anything bare for the rain to get into. They also did more than expected with the other structures on the roof (chimney, vent pipes, etc.) I plan on using them again in the spring of 2017 with my barns. I thought I'd use the roofer that did a project for me before but I'm glad I turned to Pyramid instead. Everyone should use them, they definitely won't disappoint.

From the initial email exchange and phone conversation with Shawn through our decision process whether to choose Asphalt Shingles vs a Metal Roof , Shawn was helpful and willing to offer his experience.They sent out a professional quote as well as product information and choices/colors of the shingles best suited for New England weather . The contract states "no money up front" and paid in full at the job completion. Unheard of in today's retail environment. A true testament to why they are so successful! He understood our decision to wait until fall to allow us to paint the exterior of the house we had purchased Spring of 2016 His team of roofers did an excellent job and took care of cleaning up around the house when finished each day. With the holidays upon us as well as the cold/rainy weather, Tony and his roofing team worked through the weekend to finish the project! Thanks to the Pyramid Roofing Team ! 5 Stars + in my book! I Will pass along my positive experience and recommendation to anyone needing their services. Finding this company thru Home Advisor was refreshing indeed!

Came back a few times to retrieve any nails that had fallen on the lawn during the job, since there was still snow on the ground, Very professional. Showed up on time and finished on schedule. Did great cleanup and roof looks great. One issue with rain gutter cover and it was addressed and fixed promptly. Very pleased with the job.
