 + -1 moreOverall, the work was done as I had expected. They also cleaned several pieces of furniture that had some sign of mold contamination present.
Description of Work: Chris' team showed up as expected. Removed the drywall & studs that were moldy. They applied anti-microbial agent to basement walls to kill mold, and applied Kilz as a seal-coat to the ceiling. They set up a containment barrier to seal off the rest of the house in order to reduce mold spores from traveling through the house. They carried all the moldy material out of the basement, to be disposed of, They cleaned up quite nicely, and left two air-scrubbers/air fans running for two days in order to filter the air. I was very satisfied with their work, which was done according to how it was presented at time of estimate.
