They were more then happy enough to take our $ 70 for the application process and was denied because i lived with my girlfriend in a home she owned for 8 years and couldnt use that as a reference. In a time where rent is hardly affordable to be taking advantage of and charged money for application fees is a reflection of this company.they should be ashamed of treating people this way and the fact that they justify it by saying you dont qualify with a 7 year employment history and a 750 plus credit score is ridiculous.people in life make bad decisions and go through struggling times and need second chances in life sometimes to get back on track and clearly the owners of peloquin properties doesn't feel that way and is out of touch with the community they are supposed to be a part off.i would encourage anyone considering them for housing to save their time and money for a property ownership with a better grip on reality and a little compassion for those struggling to pay rent never mind a 70 dollar application fee that they just take because they're greedy bithches

Everything seemed fine until the house was ours... That was when we started finding things the people who flipped the house skimped on. This was a broker interest property, so they must have known what was going on with the house. One example, we had the cable company come out to hook up our cable, but it turned out that they put phony cable boxes in each room so it would appear the house was cable ready, when in reality, the house was not wired for cable. My husband and I took this as a deliberate act to mislead us. As soon as we found that out, we hired specialists to look and see what other potential problems we had on our hands... A couple thousand dollars later and we seem to have everything under control, but why is it so difficult to do things right the first time? This has been our only dealing with this company, but we plan on staying away from them in the future.
