+ 8 moreThey could have improved on their service. The gentleman who was in charge of the project was the manager for the project. His name was Mike. He’s the one supposed to come and look at things, and make sure things are done correctly. He would come in and obviously they were extremely busy. They seemed to be always in a hurry to get in and out with the project on the house. So I was buying things that were wrong that they didn’t do correctly. I had to call them back and fix things correctly. I told Mike that it’s his job to find all these things and not mine. I thought they were a little expensive. I thought the quality of work would be higher because of their high price. I was a little disappointed in some of the areas that I had found and I had to have them repair it. I would probably not use their services again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Pegasus Designs. They started the work in the last fall, and the construction went through the winter into the next spring. They did some work in the house. They put new windows in, new hardwood floors, a new kitchen and everything else. They put in brand new recess lighting throughout the house and new patio doors. They took two major walls down and opened up the kitchen, so it’s a big open concept. They put in new cabinets and a new kitchen. They put in a new bathroom, a half bath off the kitchen. They also put in granite counter tops.
