They could have improved on their service. The gentleman who was in charge of the project was the manager for the project. His name was Mike. He’s the one supposed to come and look at things, and make sure things are done correctly. He would come in and obviously they were extremely busy. They seemed to be always in a hurry to get in and out with the project on the house. So I was buying things that were wrong that they didn’t do correctly. I had to call them back and fix things correctly. I told Mike that it’s his job to find all these things and not mine. I thought they were a little expensive. I thought the quality of work would be higher because of their high price. I was a little disappointed in some of the areas that I had found and I had to have them repair it. I would probably not use their services again in the future.
