We used them for a year for pest control. When they initially came out and they did an evaluation and then they would come once a month and do their thing. I guess the company is ok, but after a while I didn't care for the man that was coming out. He had set traps and then what he would do in the winter is he would just come in and check the traps. He never changed the traps even if they had a couple of bugs and spiders in them. According to Orkin they say that ants are still active in the winter and even if you don't see them they could still be there and they were not spraying in the attic. I started thinking that I am paying this money once a month and I don't need you to come out and say there is no activity. I just didn't think that I needed them because they are not spraying when I think they should have been. I asked a neighbor of mine and she said she didn't like the company either and that was for a different reason. As soon as the contract was up I decided not to renew. When they told me about the contract initially they never mentioned the other contracts they had that I might have liked more than the once a month visit. They were great during the other seasons I didn't see them do the work they should have been doing in the winter that I thought they should be doing. The chemicals that they use really do work, it was nice to not see ants anywhere near the house and the pool. Three techs came and they sprayed and I didn't see any activity after that. I would not use them in the future.
