Overall experiance was good!

I worked with Dan about a year ago. He gave a detailed report on the areas of the home I wanted inspected. He found some things I was not away of. I had this inspection done because my contractor made a lot of huge errors, and I wanted to check the other areas that this contractor worked on. Dan was really great and worked with me anyways even knowing I had an issue with the contractor. Today he was even willing to speak with my lawyer and answer some questions about his report to help me in my litigation against the contractor. Like I said the inspection was about a year ago. That is really above and beyond in my book! Thank you so much Dan it is much appreciated. He was respectful of me, my dog and my home. I would highly recommend millyard home inspections!

Dan was thorough and did find a major issue (rotten sill plate) in the house I was looking to purchase. Unfortunately the written quote he and his company makes is quite unreadable. It should have larger font and be more graphically pleasing like competitors' reports that I have seen.

Dan, Was great to work with! he got back to us right away with answers to all our questions. Since we were unable to be there at the time of the inspection we sent a family member and this was no problem at all. We got our full report back very quickly and it was very detailed.

Dan was a great choice. He was the first to call and was so kind about answering my questions on buying my first mobile home. He arrived early and took time to be very thorough and explain in detail everything I needed to know, even the good things about the home. I left feeling very good about my concerns, which were totally explained to me by Dan in an easy way to understand. I’m not great with plumbing and furnace terms. He has a wonderful personality and I highly recommend him as a highly qualified home inspector!
