I was at a gas station with my hood up and a truck pulled up beside me and asked if he could do anything. I said I had no brakes and had to get my kids home. He got out of the truck and looked and told me that my brake pads were gone and that the metal was grinding into my rotors. I started crying and he said relax that he owned a shop and could get the work done today if I wanted. This was on a Sunday. I said yes. He had a tow truck come and take the car to his shop and my 3 kids and I piled into his truck to go to his shop. My car was ready in about 2 hours. Mike even went to get the parts. My kids were very comfortable with the large TV and comfortable waiting room. ME's prices and service are unparalleled. Outstanding service. Can't express my thanks enough.
